Shipping Policies
Frontenac Jewellers is pleased to offer shipping anywhere in Canada via FedEx. Shipments to a P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO address and hotels are not accepted. Processing begins when you successfully place your order. It may take up to two business days to dispatch your order. Processing and handling times may be extended during peak sale periods. Before we ship your order, it will be held for payment verification and confirmation from your card issuer. If there is a delay in processing, a team member will contact you via the email.
